We are honoring our couples wishes to postpone their wedding to a new date in 2021 without incurring any additional charges. In this case, we are holding the retainer to apply to the booking of a new date (subject to availability).

Please check with your Stylist on our policy for 2022 postponements.

For these difficult circumstances, should the wedding be cancelled in its entirety, we are also offering to apply the retainer on file as a credit to a single event in the future – like a holiday dinner, wedding shower, birthday, etc.

All Ashland Addison staff will adhere to current state and local Covid enhancements and restrictions including but not limited to: wearing a face covering over nose and mouth, social distancing, and frequent hand washing and sanitizing.

In light of the uncertain times, and as non-traditional weddings are gaining popularity, many couples have chosen to hold a Microwedding, Minimony, or Elopement to celebrate their union. These new collections are specially curated for intimate celebrations with current styles and trends in mind while prioritizing easy ordering, contactless delivery, and new customizable options – all available on our retail website!

We categorize full service weddings as events where we conceptualize, produce, and style the personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.), ceremony decor, and reception decor. Full service events are custom tailored to a couple’s unique needs and personalities, their chosen venue, and take into account any other special considerations. Our Event Stylists will guide you on color schemes, seasonal floral varieties, special decor embellishments, and how to best maximize your budget!

It is our policy not to issue any refunds on deposit payments. To share some additional insight to our process, the retainer covers our time and service leading up to the event before production begins including but not limited to: proposal creation, correspondence, coordinating, walk-throughs, etc.
