As guests arrived at the Ravenswood Art Center, they walked through a hallway of trio votives and statuesque, rustic inspired arrangements of, white roses, silver brazilia, blush pink roses, white hydrangea, white stock flower, seeded eucalyptus and willow, which had flanked the center of the church ceremony earlier that day. Our wedding designer Amy and her team executed the bride and groom’s romantic woodland theme, with the bold color scheme of navy and gold. For a cocktail hour across the hall at the art center, highboy tables draped in navy were decorated with humble floral arrangements, in gold pineapple vases composed of white hydrangea, seeded eucalyptus, blush pink roses, and silver brazilia.
The reception space was encapsulated with the rustic woodsy spirit. Each dinner table included handmade wood stump platforms, created by the groom, atop which were floral arrangements of hydrangea, honeycombs, green trick, and silver brazilia with intertwined willow branches. To complement the centerpieces, Amy placed copper votives with echeveria succulents and antique-inspired brassware on each table. Tea candles were placed along the exposed brick walls, maintaining the vibes of warmth and love. Everything came together as Amy laid willow branches around the bottom tier of the wedding cake, to complete the intimate, rustic themed wedding reception at the Ravenswood Art Center.
